Ingredients
3 eggs
500g macaroni
2 tbsp olive oil
2 chopped onions
750g Sparta beef mince
1 tsp chutney
2 tbsp tomato paste
250ml Ina Paarman’s white sauce / prepared white sauce
1 cup mozzarella
Preparation
Beat three eggs
Pour over cooked macaroni
In a heated pan, add olive oil
Brown the onions
Add Sparta beef mince
Add chutney
Add tomato paste
Add a portion of cooked macaroni into an ovenproof dish
Place mince and macaroni in layers
Add the prepared white sauce on top
Top off with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C
Cut into squares and enjoy!
