Sparta Mac and Mince Lasagne

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 500g macaroni
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 750g Sparta beef mince
  • 1 tsp chutney
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 250ml Ina Paarman’s white sauce / prepared white sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella

    Preparation

    1. Beat three eggs
    2. Pour over cooked macaroni
    3. In a heated pan, add olive oil
    4. Brown the onions
    5. Add Sparta beef mince
    6. Add chutney
    7. Add tomato paste
    8. Add a portion of cooked macaroni into an ovenproof dish
    9. Place mince and macaroni in layers
    10. Add the prepared white sauce on top
    11. Top off with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese
    12. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C
    13. Cut into squares and enjoy!
