Sparta Short Rib Roast – Kettle braai

  • Pre-seasoned with coarse salt, crushed black pepper and dried bell peppers.


    1. Make a large "two-sided" fire and place a dripping tray between the two stacks of charcoal.
    2. Remove the meat from the packaging.
    3. While the fire is still very hot, place the meat in the centre of the rack, aboce the dripping tray.
    4. Open top and bottom vents.
    5. Place the lid on the kettle braai.
    6. Roast for approximately 2 to 3 hours.
