Ingredients
2 slices white bread
250ml milk (125ml + 125ml)
2 eggs
2 tbsp olive oil
1kg Sparta beef mince
1 chopped onion
Pinch of salt
1 sachet Ina Paarman’s Tikka Curry Coat and Cook Sauce
200ml coconut milk
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Soak two slices of bread in 125ml milk
n a mixing jug, beat two eggs into 125ml milk
In a frying pan, heat olive oil, Sparta mince and chopped onions
Add a pinch of salt
Stir until mince is cooked
Add the Ina Paarman’s Tikka Curry Sauce into the pan
Pour in the coconut milk
Add milk-soaked bread
Add the mince mixture into an oven dish of your choice
Pour over the egg and milk mixture and add a bay leaf for flavour
Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes
