Sparta Boneless Brisket Roast (Kettle Braai instructions)

  • This product is conveniently pre-seasoned with coarse salt and crushed black pepper.


    1. Make a large ‘two sided’ fire and place a dripping tray between the two stacks of charcoal.
    2. Remove the meat from the packaging.
    3. While the fire is still very hot, place the meat in the centre of the rack, above the dripping tray.
    4. Open top and bottom vents.
    5. Place the lid on the kettle braai. Roast for approximately 2–3 hours.
