Ingredients

  • This product is pre-seasoned with semi-coarse salt and cracked black pepper.

    Preparation

    1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
    2. Remove the meat from the packaging; put the meat into a casserole dish or cast iron pot.
    3. Pour 750ml to 1L of beef stock into the pot/casserole dish.
    4. Cook covered for 3-3.5 hours.
