Steaks are wet-aged before cutting into approximately
2cm – 2.5cm thick steaks. Maturation ensures a tender product. Steaks are skin-packed three medallions per pack.

Pack size: 0.35kg – 0.5kg random weight.
Packs per box: 8 – 10 units.
Kg per box: 3.5kg – 5kg random weight.
Shelf life: 25 days (temperature storage at -1°C – 4°C)
Labelling front: Sparta Steak Sleeve and steak cut indicator label.
Labelling back: Production date & best before date label.
