Our lean retail-ready mince is packed in flex packaging and labelled to ensure the final product is beautifully displayed in a retail setting. The mince is freshly frozen with a meat block of 90% beef and 10% fat. The meat-to-fat ratio of every batch is verified with near-infrared spectroscopy.
