Our “Expertly Aged” method takes place in a state-of-the-art facility, using specialised vacuum barrier bags in a carefully controlled, chilled environment — with temperatures maintained between -2°C and 1°C. This ensures each cut reaches its full flavour potential while retaining the moisture and succulence that define a great steak.
